How to File a Grievance

Reach out via email or phone with your complaint details. You will receive an acknowledgement with a unique complaint reference number within 48 hours.
Track Your Complaint
Use your complaint reference number to track the status of your grievance. Our team will keep you updated at every stage of the resolution process.
Receive Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days. You will receive a written resolution with the outcome and any remedial action taken.
